price wrong - Resolve Oxi cleaner for laundry
I am very unhappy with the customer service I got from 100 King Street West store. I was going to buy Resolve Oxi the price there was $4.96 on sale. When I got to the cashier till #5 id number 13035 she told me the price was $9.99. She took the product with her and I followed her to the aisle. Then we both went back to the product and the self where the item was and she replied yes it is $4.96. But then she looked at the bar codes and they were not the same. Then called another cashier to show her and then she took it to the supervisor to show him. After 5 minutes of standing there he would only give me 20% of the product that I wanted. But, it should have been the price I saw on the self and not no 20% off. I am very upset with the way they dealt with this and it should have been the price that was on the self in the first place. It's not my fault whoever priced the product or shelved the product on top of the price tag. unhappy customer Mary Ann Eng
